Hi,
I am already in Canada. My brother in law wants to apply as skilled worker. He needs to claim 5 points of proof of relationship.
My question is regarding proof of residency. My wife did not work in canada so she cant provide employment letter . Lease is also not on her name. She can provide mobile bill, Credit card statement, bank statement..PR card..canada tax revenue doc. Is it enough for proof of address.

The requirement for proof of residency is as follows:-
Proof of residency:
Provide evidence your listed relative physically resides in Canada. This may include copies of: • lease agreements,
• the most recent Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency,
• an employer's letter confirming employment,
• monthly bills, etc., (one page of each bill is sufficient), • credit card invoices and bank statements.
Note: The evidence should show the relative's name and full address in Canada and must be less than six ( 6) months old from the date of your application submission.
