I am not 100% sure about this, but my best guess would be - for marriage, you need marriage certificate or legal affidavit acceptable in Canada stating your marriage situation. For child, birth certificate and/or mention of father's + mother's name on passports. Better read more threads and figure out what others have been doing in your situation. You can also contact the CIC representative and clarify with him.

Hello,

I am from India. I got ITA on the basis of EE Profile from CIC on 5th Sep, 2017. I am yet to submit my e-APR. My elder brother is a PR in Canada since last 2 years. He has sent me Copies of his Passport, his PR Card, and his telephone bills to substantiate his living status in Canada and his relationship with me.

Could you please guide me are there any other doucments I need for

a) Proving his living status in Canada
b) His relationship as brother with me.

Thanks.

Could you restate your question? I'm having difficulty understanding what you're saying... What relationship is your immigration officer asking you to prove? And what documents did you submit prior to prove this relationship?

a) Proving his living status in Canada
b) His relationship as brother with me.

Thanks.

a) The telephone bills with his Canadian permanent address on them should work to prove his living status in Canada, although if you can get one more additional document (a lease agreement, bank/credit card statements with his Canadian address on them, or utility bills with his Canadian address on them), that would be helpful (to corroborate the first document).

b) Most persons submit birth certificates for their sibling and themselves to prove relationship, just as long as both birth certificates show a shared parent's name.
