hello, i just like to ask, my parrtner and i submitted the application 5 days ago, but bfore he left from philippine to canada last dec the application was complete exept for his addres to put and option c, on the quesstionaire , thers a question about financial support, if hes supporting me financially , we put no, since when hes living here he hnldes all the expenses, but now that hes back in canada, hes sending me money now, is it better to just let the application as it is?or call and infrom them about it?im worried regarding the misrepresentation part, plus i was thingking that can include as proof of relationship that it is continous, one more question , my partner and i cohibited since june 2009 to dec 2010, but hes passport stamp shows he have stamp of living the phil last jul til aug, the immigartion officer however just stamp it to wave some fees, theres no arival on any country, it was the imgration officers idea, i worry that if the cic ask for his pasport as proof of staying in phil they might see that and think, while i put in the period of cohibition is june 2009 to dec 2010 -no interuption, i just wnt to be honest in answering but some things are confusing, hope someone can help, tnx alot :)

the living part is leaving..sorry wrong spell

They won't consider the money issue to be a case of misrepresentation: what you put in the forms was true when you filled out the forms, so it is OK. You can send in extra proof to the visa office once you have a file number. Some forum members have said that when they sent extra proof after submitting their application, this proof was never added to their files - presumably because it was lost. Others have had no trouble. You can also save this proof of financial support and show it to the visa officer at the interview.
I would send it in with an explanatory letter once you have a file number, and bring it to the interview. Financial support is good proof of a genuine relationship.

How long was the time period that the passport stamps show he was out of the Philippines? If it is just a couple of weeks, you would still be considered to be cohabitating. Don't mention it at the interview, but if the visa officer asks, be truthful and just explain what happened.

they stamp it estimatedly last dec 14 before he left because they said so he can have less fees to pay since he overstyaed here while his acr is pending here, the periosd of stamp was he left july then back august, but thats the only stamp that shows beacause its not real he doesnt have any ariaval stamp at any country , is that stil consider cohibiting?tnx :)

It might be considered cohabiting - if someone leaves a country for a two-week vacation without their partner, they are still living together. It will depend on how picky the visa officer who processes your file is. If you are married, it shouldn't make any difference, though. If the visa officer asks about it, just explain as you did here.

If you submitted proof of cohabitating (shared lease and bills, statements from friends/family/co-workers/landlord) then I don't see any reason why they would request the passport to check entry stamps. I don't think that entry stamps in a passport would be considered sufficient proof of cohabitation anyway.
