Currently going through working my way through the checklist. Application is close to being ready to be sent off, however, I'm a little concerned when it comes to providing proof of my relationship to my wife.
We started "living" together about 2 months ago after getting married. I had been residing in Canada before that for a year and was basically living with my wife and her parents. I ate all my meals there, showered, hung out etc, but her parents being religious were not comfortable with me sleeping there for obvious reasons.
I can provide IRCC a rental agreement, but since we are renting out a basement suite, we currently don't have a mailbox of our own so we are having our mail sent to my wife's parents place. We can provide all the documentation/proof but it'll have her parent's place as opposed to our residence. Do you think if I explain that to IRCC they'll be okay with that?
