am appying for visitor visa for my parents. I am stuck with proof of relationship. On the birth certifiate my mothers name is worng, fathers lastanme and middle name are intials and my middle name is initial. Other offical documents i have is 10th,12th marks cards, OCI and Old Indian passport. On 10th and 12th marks card Mothers and fathers lastname is intials, on OCI and Old indian passport my mothers lastname is wrong. I am confused what others document to submitted. I saw there is a statutory declaration form avialable for the extended family mamber (IMM5990). Will this document or notarized affidative can be provided with birth certificate and letter of explanation.
If some one had or has the same issue please help.
