Hello All
My real uncle is a canadian citizen,hence showing him in the "proof of relation" to get 5 points.Problem is
1.To show his relation to my father,the common bond is my Grandfather.IN my Uncle's documents,my grand fathers name is abbrevated,whereas in my father's documents,it is a FUll name.
2.My Uncle's name in most of the Canadian Utility Bills are abbreviated or doesnt have the middle name,whereas in his Canadian Passport it is Full Name.
Questions :
1.Will the VO consider the Abbreviated name == Full Name ?
2.If not,then will a Affidavit stating the abbreviated names == full name for my Late Grand father?
3.Can i send this affidavit after 120 days.I am goign to send documents today btw to Buffalo,NY
