Proof of PR/Citizenship of sibling

Hello guys ;

i am claiming points for my wife's sibling who lives in Canada. she has PR card, which is expired because she is waiting to receive her Canadian passport. so the situation is my wife's sister has an expired PR card, and her Canadian passport not issued/received yet.

shall I upload the PR card and write an LOE about her situation? do you think it's enough for post ITA docs?

Though, m not expert but u shud upload her passports pic. Everyone has there scanned copies saved. Old pr card n utilities bill need to be uploaded . Then explain n clear further in LOE . But claiming siblings point without uploading any document is risky
