Hello Friends,
I am a PR holder since Aug 2015, now I am doing a survival job and would like to invite my dad for visiting Canada this summer, My question is will CIC will take consider my income in Canada ? My dad have enough funds for his visit and he can manage with out any difficulties.

It is not mandatory for the host to submit any financial documents for a TRV. The applicant's financial situation is important, the host's finances are secondary

Thanks for the reply Bryanna, I just gone thru with the guide for TRV, just wondering is online better or paper to apply ?
 
online is quicker and easy to upload documents and you could save courier fees. You don't need to show your income papers for a TRV.

Thank You for clearing my doubt, just a quick question how much money my dad has to show in Bank. He has around 3Lakhs (CAD - $6000)in his savings account andplanning to stay here for about 3weeks, will that be Suffice ?

Most people seem to suggest 1000 per week plus travel expenses so 6000 should be sufficient for 3 weeks.
