On checklist for sponsor number 18 says

Proof of income
For the 12 months preceding the date of your sponsorship if you are
the sole owner of an incorporated business provide evidence of self employment income (statement of business activities)

Maybe is with all the paperwork but we are very confused..what they mean by statement of business activities?
is last year tax return?
is it bank statements for the business? should we send all 12 statements??
Can someone please help me understand what to send, my sponsor is sole owner..

And just to make sure, do the question on sponsorship evaluation, your net personal income...
should it match the business activities? since he is sole owner? or is it different?

Hi my husband is sole owner so we just sent the folder which was given by his certified accountant that included the statement of all his business activities of 12 months.

We also sent bank statements as well.

Net personal income should match the notice of assessment.

Just one more thing, the statement of business activities by his accountant was of a year lets say all 2013, not of the 12 months before the application?
We have those papers but they go to december 2013 since they havent send the ones for 2014...that happens at the end of the year, did this applied to you? hope it makes sense.

The bank statements, did you send the personal one or the business account? my sponsor has both, did you send all 12 statements before the application?
