Just want to clarify a bit of confusion

i'm putting all my docs together and noticed the checklist for the new app package doesn't specifically say to include option C, and just your "last notice of assessment or equivalent document"

I'm assuming the Option C - Proof of Income would be equivalent doc or do we need to include both Option C and the last Notice of Assesment from CRA?

It does not hurt to include both. I even included paystubs and bank statement to support my case.
 
Option C is just an "advanced" version of the Notice of Assessment. You can access both online, provided you have an online CRA account.
