Proof of having no children

Dear all.
I applied for fsw and have recently added my spouse to my application. I was married just after obtaining my PER. Now i have sent her docs too.
I was also married before. Recently i have received an email from london visa office that i need to send scanned copy of:
"Proof that you did not have children from your previous marriage. I have applied from pakistan.
Please inform how to prove that i did not have children from my previous marriage.
I would be grateful to all.

A sworn affidavit perhaps?
Sorry, I don't know how you can prove that something does not exist to the satisfaction of immigration authorities.
