I am going to pursue MBA from a university in Canada. I have decided to take loan for half the expense and manage the remaining myself. I wanted to show my father's FD as proof of remaining funds, Is there a particular acceptable format or document that I need to get made from the bank and my father which can be acceptable proof?

So if you are managing the remaining yourself, you show your funds. Assume you are over 22, so show your personal funds. You can show your dad’s personal funds but the funds may or may not be considered. Funds must be liquid.

I am borrowing the remaining amount from my father's fund, which is why I have to show his funds. Is there any way that they can be shown as an acceptable proof of funds?
Also, just wanted to also confirm if showing education loan has any adverse impact on the study visa approval?

Having a loan and then having a parent fund your education, not you, may have an adverse impact.

Thanks for the clarification. If I may ask what should be the best way to show funds in that case. If I rather show a combination of loan and my own funds will that, in all aspect make it a stronger and cleaner application?
