I've seen this asked a lot but I've read so many conflicting answers.
I will be applying as an Express Entry Skilled Worker (with husband and kids) and I'm wondering if a joint account with my parents can be used as proof of funds. My understanding is that they either have to write a letter stating the money is a gift (with no expectation to get it back) for me or get a deed of gift (or maybe both?!). Is this still accepted as POF? Will this lower my application's chances of getting approved (vs. having the money in an account with only my name on it)?
Thanks
