Proof of Funds

Primary applicant has funds but do not have 6 month average balance.
Secondary applicant (Spouse) has funds with 6 months average balance.
Can we only show Spouse funds with affidavit that primary applicant will have access to the funds ?

Does the affidavit has to be notarized ?
If yes, can someone please share the affidavit format.

Yes you can show funds in spouse's account with affidavit. You can also show your funds as well.

No need to notarize. I think your spouse has to be accompanying though to do that but usually yes you can use the spouse's

Is it a PNP or PR ITA ?

However PNP requires only 3 months statement

no format, just wrote a sentence in LOE.
