Proof of funds

Hello all.
I want to ask you folks about proof of funds.
Can sold apartment be considered as poof of funds? The bank account will be opened 6 mnths before applying. And should I add to my visa application document about selling apartment?

That should be fine. You can add an explanatory note about the origins of your funds supported by original paperwork. The vo then cannot make any objections regarding the funds.

if you show that you have sold your appartment they might think that you will never come to your home country.if you have other properties in pakistan than its a different scenerio.....its my suggestion...... better show the bank statement.

And another thing, my parents will sponsor me cause I will be 18 when applying and that would be suspicious if such a kid owns hell load of money. And obviously I wont have much of a ties..
