Proof of Funds

Hi,
I am in the pricess of selling my investment property after which I will have sufficient funds in my account to show as proof of funds under express entry. The sale would be completed in July 2018 and I will get the funds then.

My query is if I get an ITA now then my account will not show this balance from the past 6 months. Please can anyone guide me if there is any specific template that I would need to submit.

Will there be any issues?

you need to submit your application after the sale and show that sale transaction and that the property was in your name prior to the transaction.
