Have a question,
I have 10000CAD in my Canadian bank, and my dependent common law partner have 20000 on her Canadian account.
Totally is 30000. Is this fine that money divided on different accounts and dependent have more money then applicant?

I think the primary applicant must be in control of minimum funds required (2 people is just under $15,000).

Put it in a joint bank account - that will also help with evidence of common-law!

I do not need to provide evidence of common law.
We have joint lease and my partner visa clearly state that she is my common law.
I plan to present print outs of her and my bank account.
Just maybe anyone already did so?

There's still a section for a spouse declaration form if you are including them in the app.

The funds need to be either in primary applicant account or an account shared by both applicants.

Do you have a link for that? I thought the accounts could be in either name as long as only those included in the application.

We are already in Canada, just will mention that we have separate accounts
