Hi, anyone knows if its possible to show my property or my apartment as notarized by a public body that the property belongs to me and use that as a source of funds when i land in canada, as i would sell my property when i leave for canada.

I also have investments in stocks.

I do have some cash but may be insufficient to cover the full amount of the required for 2 person, so if it all right to write to local office and indicate that my property will be sold upon moving to canada?

That would definitely be in excess of what is required if i move to canada.

Please advise. Thanks

Neither property or stocks will be accepted as settlement funds.
