Hi, for 2 persons I have to show 13000 dollars, but it will take me some months to save that ammount.

What about if I start saving money and by the time I have to send the documents I will show for example 8000 dollars on the account, I think it will prove that I am saving money for immigration.

I could also include a letter explaining how will I save the rest of the money and when will I have all that money available.

What do you suggest?

Thanks

without any experience i am giving advice here. i suggest you not to do that. i suggest you save the money first.

I fully agree with Rupeshhari.
Download OP6e.pdf and read under funds requirements. That should give you the gist of how important funds are to the immigration process. This is the 7th requirement.

I have to show 16580 CAD$ bank balance for 3 people as proof of funds
My question is while filling the economic class form, proof of funds or the amount of money u bring to canada INCLUDING YOUR PROPERTY and excluding jewellery, cars etc.
I have property worth 100000 CAD $ which I might sell at a later stage and bring this money there
Do I put this amount there or I go with bank balance 16580 CAD
Does property valuation work instead of bank balance?????
Please input if anyone has any idea
Thanks

PUT EVERYTHING THERE. I am sure you are an applicant to the London Office. If yes, then evaluate your property and send the report in as well. If you look at the form it asks for Bank Accounts, Bank deposits with amount and maturity date and then another column for Assets - property , jewelery etc. Put in the value of your property there.

NOTE THAT YOU STILL HAVE TO SHOW THE FUNDS THAT YOU NEED FOR THE FAMILY PLUS YOURSELF - $16580

Hope this helps.
