Today I got a letter from my bank, but they refused to write my balnace in canadian dolars and also refused to write the current currency rate. they just put the amount in sterling is that going to be ok or problem.

Please Help.

Man, why are you making life hard for yourself!!
the question says what factor/exchange rate have u used: just go to the link below:
http://www.bloomberg.com/invest/calculators/currency.html
and convert a pound to canadian dollar on the day u want to send it and input it into the form. JOB DONE!!
