proof of funds

hi

the consullate office has requested for proof of funds under skilled workers' category(family of three) can i show my father's funds as mine if me and my father have joint FDs?
I am a Govt teacher and my father is a retired Govt. teacher.

Funds must be yours.If you want to show your fathers money as yours .You will be required to have joint Bank/Post off account for a couple of years.
