Hi if you are using the gift deed method is the 6 months still applicable? So if I only received the gift 1 month ago can I use the gift deed method?

Also do you have to gift both applicant and spouse financial position or is applicant fine?

Notarized Gift deed and affidavit mentioning PA free to use funds is enough for POF. 6Months balance maintenance is not necessary in gift deed method.
