Proof of Funds When landing

Hi Everyone!

I'm going to the bank to ask them to print a statement for me and stamp it as my proof of funds to show at the Border when landing.
Does it matter how soon before flying/landing I get this done? Is maybe up to 10 days beforehand OK? Or does it need to be from the day before?

Apologies if this has been asked a billion times before... I had a quick search and couldn't see the answer.
I also couldn't find the info on the CIC website.

I don't think 10 days old would be a problem.

You can get this done even 2-3 weeks before flying, no problem. My cousin did the same and she is through the process with no problem.
