do i have to put the money in the bank (for the proof of funds) at a certain time before the submission of my file?

Which stream are you applying for?
If it's FSW without a valid job offer, I'm quoting the relevant part here:

include, for each current bank and investment account:

• account numbers
• the date each account was opened
• the current balance of each account
• the average balance for the past six months

you need to have 3 to 6 months in ur account ...
