Just want to reconfirm that i have to show 1600 CD$ or same equal amout in my curreny.

Please suggest this should be in my bank or I can show the property along with the bank statement as I dont have the full amount in my account presently!

Otherwise i have to cash some of my associes to put in the account!

Please help

Hi bobby,

It depends on your visa office. There are visa offices that do not accept property titles as proof of funds and some offices do. For the reason that some countries are notorious for faking such documents.
Ofcourse it is always the smoothest route if your funds are liquid as this is easier to prove and easier to verify.
 
As far as I know it includes everything. You can show your Property Funds and other investments. But when converting that should be equals to the Amount that you have mentioned.

You cannot include Property... Only CHC in London accepts that... Countries in Asia do require to show liquid funds in financial institutions like banks

i mean, i completely agree with you :). just like you said, it's only the london office that accepts property as proof of funds.

Don't agree with s.k and others,it really depends on d contry,i do know dat accra accepts property as long as it goes with letters from qualified valuers and d right docs.
