For study permit can we submit document of real estate property in my name. Evaluated by real estate agents? property is worth of 36000 CAD. I am applying from Pakistan

fund means cash, not property. you can submit property doc as ur ties to Pakistan but they wont b considered as fuunds

Many told instead of selling property one can show it. It also includes investments i guess
