I have below queries with regards to proof of funds.

1. For federal express offer, is it okay if I arrange money AFTER ITA?
2. How does it change for PNP?

Actually, I am in EE with 371 (but with profile of doctor) so I am expecting health category offer. I don't have any money right now but I can arrange within two weeks.

Can you please guide?

1. Read instructions - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...nada/express-entry/documents/proof-funds.html
2. Read PNP requirements, as each province is different.

How are you expecting a health category invitation with 371?

Tbh, PoF is not a problem for many. It is very straightforward as long as you don't face complications in getting the PoF letter itself. If someone doesn't have PoF, they should be worried about moving to an extremely expensive country like Canada.

As Naturgrl said, read the link. But, you can get a gift deed from parents to show PoF. You can't take a loan to arrange PoF. As long as the money isn't a loan, you'll be fine. Do a gift deed once you get the ITA and you should be okay.

FYI - 371 is not going to be enough to be selected through the EE health category. Can you increase your score to the mid-400s at least? If not, then you'll need to look at other programs.

Will a giftdeed to my spouse (from parent of my spouse) work? (I will show bank statement of my spouse)

Will giftdeed to me from my spouse work?

Will giftdeed to me from my parent-in-law work?

Sorry, I should correct or clarify myself. I am referring to recent draw by Ontario in which health occupations as low as 350's were selected.

And this brings me to next question, does requirements of proof of funds change for provinces?

Each program has different requirements. You'll need to research each. For the Ontario Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream, you need to show proof of funds just like for regular EE.

1. Yes, this is fine.
2. Leveraging funds from spouse is okay.
3. What do you mean by parent-in-law (father-in-law, mother-in-law, etc?) - if so, yes, it will work.

You'll have to attach a gift deed documentation when you show PoF though.
