I currently dont have the required funds in my account which is around INR 6,50,000 (CAN 12,164) which will be arranged only by the next week. My deadline to submit all my documents for ITA electronically is Dec 31, 2016. I know that I have to produce a bank statement for past 6 months and an official letter from the bank.
However, my doubt is that how can i justify my sudden spike in funds in my savings account. Is there any specific format of the notary letter that I have to get from all the depositors saying this money is owned by me? Please suggest ASAP.
