Proof of funds in partner's name

Hi all,

Just a simple question. My common-law and I are applying soon. I am the applicant (as I have a masters degree), and she is the accompanying person.
Is it ok to provide bank statements in my partner's name instead of mine?. Or will that be a problem??

Yes. As long as she is accompanying you. I am the main applicant and the funds are in my wife's name. She wrote a no objection letter stating the funds were for our settlement.
