Proof of Funds for my Minor Niece for Canada Visit Visa

Our niece wants to spend a month with us in Canada for this Summer and she is 14 years old. we will get all the Authorization letters from her parents. However we want to know what proof of funds we have to submit. We want to fund her complete trip, in this case does she need to submit proof of funds from her/her parents side ? Your Answer on this is much appreciated. Thanks.

Her parents should show proof of funds for her visit? You can write a letter of invitation saying that she will stay for you. You don’t want to say that you will fund the whole trip. You can include your bank statements but IRCC doesn’t need to consider them as you are not considered immediate nor extended family.
