Proof of funds for London office...

I have heard at this forum that London visa office also accept "land property" as a proof of funds for initial application only. If yes, so I have a land worth of 2.2 millions approx. on my name, Could I show this property with approximate value in my initial application against proof of funds or only evaluated property by any approved agency would be acceptable???

Yes.
Only evaluated property by any approved agency would be accepted.

Is there any guy who knows the procedure of how can I get evaluation of my property?? or someone knows any approved agent(s) who can arrange this in my absence with the help of my younger brother, if it is possible. I am from Karachi (Pakistan) but currently working in KSA.

Where is the Land or Property?
If it is in the UK, No problem, Go to any Estate agent, they will sort it out for you.
