My wife is the primary applicant, she received an ITA for Canadian PR. I am funding our trip. What documents do I need to provide to CIC?

You are getting PR, not taking a vacation. Provide bank statements over the past 6 months.

Primary applicant must provide a proof of the rightful access to the funds of the spouse's account. If you use that account as a proof of funds.
