For some reasons related to the safety of my money in the country I live in, I saved most of my money at home.

Now that I want to apply for immigration I put them in my bank account. But I will have to wait for 6 months before applying (to get a 6 months proof of funds) which will put me at risk of losing more points.

I'm afraid to apply before completing the 6-month period and get rejected and I don't know the consequences of that.

Any suggestions? (I don't want to lie about it as I did nothing wrong)

Do you have any proof of that money ( salary slips, investments/ fixed deposits redeemed)
You could give an explanation in your LOE stating that this money was withdrawn for safety in your country.
Alternatively, you could get a gift deed from your parents/ relatives for showing proof of funds

I can provide salary slips but I choose not to say it's a deed gift cause that's not true.
So don't you think it may jeopardize my application?

IRCC just wants to be sure that the money you have with you is not a loan from a bank. You must convince them that this money is your own which you have saved in cash.
You could attach the stamped bank statements showing the transactions where you had withdrawn this amount. The transaction details of your salary deposit/credit should also show here. In this way, you can show some evidence that this money is not a loan and its older than 6 months.
Also write a very convincing Letter of explanation regarding these funds and a timeline starting from receipt of salary to withdrawal of amount for safe keeping and ending with deposit in bank.
Your bank letter must state account opening date, account type (savings pr fixed deposit), current balance, average six months balance signed by bank official.
