We are family of 3 and we are gonna apply for EE within this week. My wife is the PA. She has a work experience of 3.5 years and I have an experience of 12 years plus I own a restaurant as well. My wife does not have enough funds in her account and same is the scenario with me. I do not keep funds in my account. I mostly use savings to buy and sell cars and property. But I never register car/property on my name. Sale deeds and buying receipts are on my name and i mostly do transactions in cash. My bank statement of last 2 years show few large transactions of C$20,000 or more but never stayed in my account for more than a few days. My wealth in tax return shows that i have C$30,000 in the form of cash (not in the bank account). Now I have transferred C$30,000 in my spouse's (PA) account.
1- For the source of these funds in my wife's account can I show my previous car and property sale deeds and my wealth statement? Please note that the property or car is never on my name, but the sales deeds are. And remember my wife is the main applicant and I just transferred the amount in her account.
2- Can we apply now or should we wait for 6 months? Since my wife's account six month average does not show this amount it shows sudden amount being deposited (as mentioned above) but i have its proof or source.
