Say upon landing I need to show proof of funds of about 20000 CAD . .
The way I plan to do it is
8000 USD CASH 11000 USD DEMAND DRAFT DRAWN ON CANADIAN BANK 1000 CAD CASH
Two technicalities are important here. . .
1. The USD demand draft is in USD currency, so will it be acceptable ?
2 Also is it necessary that this DD is drawn on canadian bank or can it be payable or drawn on US bank as well ?
Does the above POF division look ok ?
