Proof of funds - BC -PNP - Express Entry CIC

Hi,

I'm applying to EE BC Provincial Nominee program which requires a permanent job offer. When applying to CIC for PR for me, my husband and baby do I need to provide the proof of funds even having a job offer? If so, do I need to get the whole 18K posted on CIC page? Or can I get less because of the job offer? I wouldn't. Want them ti deny my PR application just for not having enough money.

You have to show proof of funds unless your job offer is back by a positive LMIA or you are invited to apply under the CEC stream.
