Proof of funds at checkpoint

Good morning house. please how much I’m I expected to take along with me when going to Canada, I’m I expected to have my living expenses cash or I can just show them statement of accounts.if yes, can the statement of accounts carried the date of when I applied for visa or I’ll have to order for an updated one.
If statement of accounts is allowed for proof of funds, then how much should I take with me to show at the checkpoint.

Highly unlikely you would be asked for this. You can print an online statement or something.
