At the moment I have all my money invested in stocks. I wanted to know if the stocks I hold will qualify as a source of fund and whether my portfolio statement will be accepted as proof of fund. Thanks in advance.

The funds have to liquid. Stocks are subject to market risk. It can make you a millionaire or a pauper in seconds.

No,
Normal accounts or saving accounts, but not stocks. Even if your investment was very conservative, they will not accept it.

In that case, will it be alright if I sell my stocks after getting ITA and transfer the money to my savings account?

Yes,
you will have to show your current saving account status and since the Money came in within less than 6 month also proof where you have them from. In your case proof of selling those assets would be ok.
