Proof of funds and Police Verification

HI All,

I am Ramya. I have a question on Canada PR.

I am currently working in US and I will be back to India on February 2019 next year. I will be starting to apply for PR on August 2018 end.

I would like advise on the below :
1) Which bank account (US or India) can be shown as Proof of Funds?
2) Do we need to get the Police verification done from US?
