My uncle who stays in the USA is willing to provide me a gift deed for the proof of funds which I have to show IRCC. However, the problem is that I stay in India. Since the gift deed and affidavit are required to have the donor's signature. How can I process this? By scanned copies?
Moreover, I also have an active loan based on the credit card (not personal loan or outstanding credit card pending amount) and this was not taken for POF purpose. This is also not my primary savings account. Is this active loan going to affect my proof of funds in any way?
