Proof of Funding issue

Hello All,

When I left US to Canada for working, I have still kept my money in US banking account. Now I wanna use that money for the proof of funding for my PR application. And I am not an American, I was there as a student. Do you think when they review my application, they will wonder why I have still kept the money there while I am not an American? Someone threaten me this question and I am worried now. Actually I didnot think anything much until my friend said so...

Also I dont have enough 12K in Canadian banking account now. I am gonna use both banking accounts in US and Canada.How do you think? Is it normal or abnormal?

Your friend might be right. i would ask the same question and then i would say transfer the funds t the Canadian account but then its the same the bank statement will show it was transfers and they that might be question as well. this is kinda out my range ill leave it for someone else to answer. all the best thou.
