HI

What is the minimum duration of the bank statement for proof of fund that is required, for example it has to be for 1, 3 or 6 months,

Let’s suppose I have some property and I sale it today and put that money in my account, lets suppose in 15 January 2015. And I submitted my case in 20 January 2015. Will that small duration will be acceptable to CIC for proof of fund,

And most importantly at what stage that information is submitted for review

Regards

Bank statements going back 6 months is usually recommended.

Try to look at it from the eyes of an immigration officer, a sudden increase in available funds shown for only 1 month without providing statements from other months would seem dodgy. Why not submit prior bank statements with the bank statement displaying proceeds of sales.

After you get an ITA, it seems that's when they would request you to provide all the forms and documents as per a personalized checklist within 60 days.

You would have to give details about total amount in Express Entry
but at the time of ITA you should have the declared amount for atleast 6 months in your account.
