Proof of Fund Question - help

Hi,

As I am preparing my application to apply for EE, I have a question regarding POF.

I have received the employment offer from a firm and my parents have just transferred $20,000 in my Canadian Bank Account.

What documents would I need from my parents regarding the transfer of money? Will just a letter of explanation saying that its a gift would suffice?

Please help.

For proof of funds, I will be submitting: Employment Letter + Account Balance letter from my Canadian Account + Last 6 months of account statement + Letter of Explanation from parents.

Gift deed from parents usually is required to prove source of funds.
