Hello everyone,

I have received Ontario PT today. I have a question related to proof of funds for Ontario nomination.

1. I'm applying with my spouse and dependent children. We are a total of 6 family members, so the required amount for proof of funds is CAD 28,359. At the moment, I've about CAD 10,000 in my account. This bank account is in my own name. I have a property whose worth is about CAD 20,000. I have found a buyer for the property. If I sale this property and put the money in my account and send the proper Sale Deed of the property along with bank statement, will that be fine for showing proof of funds??

2. Also, I've another question. I've another bank account in which I receive my monthly salary. This bank account is joint account with my father, but my father has hardly every used account. This bank account was almost entirely being used by me. I'll send my monthly Pay slips along with Employee Reference Letter. I am also thinking about sending the bank statement for this account too. The amounts which are shown on my monthly pay slips match with bank statements, so it will be an extra proof for my work experience. Will there be any issue due to the account being JOINT WITH MY FATHER??? I'm not using this account for proof of funds, but for giving proof of current and previous work experience.

Please give me your opinions. Does any one have/had any similar situation before? Thanks

Go by first option..
you do not need to submit bank statement of salary account. pay slips are enough. but if you are including these statements too then add one letter of explanation from your end telling them which is salary account and which account is having POF.
