Proof of Fund for Saskatchewan provincial nomination (spouse's bank account)

I am gonna apply for the Saskatchewan provincial nomination (express entry) with extra point of sponsorship by a relative. Everything is alright to get 81 points but I don't have money in my bank account as all of my savings is stored in my spouse's account in India while I am from Japan. If it okay to show my spouse's account statement as proof of fund ($23,542) to get the nomination from Saskatchewan and later to IRCC? She will write her own statement that I can use all of that money for household expenditures. Thanks.
