Proof of Fund for Express Entry!!!

I have received my proof of fund for Express Entry from my bank on 8th August, 2018 and I am filing and uploading my documents today. Will that be a problem?? There is such major difference in the cash in the account right now. Please suggest!!

Provide an explanation as to why there eas a big transfer and proof. They only care to make sure it wasnt a loan
