proof of fund for category 3

would u plz give me info whether there is some exception on settlement of fund for international student inside canada,if not ,is it possible to show bank statement of family member or sponsor?
currently i dont have the the required $ ,what do u advise me?i was almost to send my application

There are always exceptions, it's called H&C, whether or not you will get it is a whole another story. However you may show the proof of funds of friends/relatives if they are willing to sponsor you.

Proof of Settlement funds cannot be waived. Read 76(3) of the Immigration Regulations.
