Proof of fund for applicant only or spouse as well??

Hi
I have a question please ,, I am the main applicant ,, I don't have enough money in my bank account to cover the requested amount for proof of fund,,, so can I submit proof of fund for both me and my husband ( spouse) or should I let him transfer some money to my bank account?
And if I receive money in my bank account from my husband,, should he write a letter to show that this money is gifted and not burrowed?

As far as the forum can decide if the spouse is accompanying cic have accepted funds in a spouse account. HOWEVER it will be easier if your spouse transfers the money to you and wrotes a gift deed.
