I have 3 years of experience. But i get salary in hand. My organisation is not ready to give me salary slips but they have given salary certificate for just one year. Nd for the last two years, i haveappoint

Hi. You dont need to submit salary slips if your employer is giving you the reference letter as per CIC guidelines.
Just submit the reference letter with all the details cic require and you will be good.
