Proof of employment (CEC)

Hi guys,

I just completed the post ITA questionnaire and received the document checklist. It is asking me to upload "Offer of employment", "Employment Records", and "Letter of Employment". Aren't "Employment Records", and "Letter of Employment" the same thing? In my case those three documents would be for the same job because I am using my current job to apply for PR.

Shall I just upload the job offer from my current employer, which I already accepted last year, and a letter of employment for my current job?

Are the job verification letters have to be delivered by your supervisor or can they be issued by the HR services. I also have what is called "work certificates/certificats de travail" a document that I have received when I've left a jo and which contains all the requested details. Can I sumit this doument?

Yes, edit the answer and you'll only be required to submit your ref. letter.

No harm done as you didn't claim points that you're not entitled to.

I am currently working on PGWP without LIMA. I am not sure about the question mentioned above. In my document checklist it is asking for an Offer of Emoloyment and Letter of Employment

It is asking for those documents because you have claimed of having a valid job offer.

LMIA or LMIA exempt work permit which is employer specific and for which you've worked a full year.
